Toledo police on Wednesday named a suspect in the June 6 shooting at the Old West End Festival and released a photograph of a second person they described as an alleged second shooter, asking the public for help locating both men.

Ka Nye Taylor, 20, of Toledo is wanted on 11 counts of felonious assault, according to a Toledo Police Department Facebook post. Police described Taylor as a Black male, 5-foot-11 and 130 pounds.

The shooting erupted Saturday evening at the neighborhood festival, a long-running annual event in Toledo’s historic Old West End district. Twelve people were wounded. Lt. Dan Gerken said the youngest victim is 14 and the oldest is 61, with most victims in their early 20s. All are expected to survive, authorities said.

Police said the shooting began with a dispute involving two rival groups, according to NBC News.

“While investigators believe some of the victims are intentionally targeted, the majority of those injured appear to have been innocent bystanders caught up in this senseless act of violence,” Toledo Police Chief Michael Troendle told NBC.

Authorities released a photograph of the second suspect on Facebook and urged anyone with information to call or text tips to 419-255-1111. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $10,000, and the U.S. Marshals Service is offering a separate award of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest, police said.
