At least 2 dead in central Texas as rescues continue
Bodycam footage published by BBC News on July 17 captures the moment a rescuer reached a family of three and their dogs sheltering in a destroyed house as floodwaters inundated parts of Uvalde County, Texas. The rescuer airlifted a girl to safety, telling the rest of the family that another helicopter was on the way to take them, according to the footage.
At least two people have died in flooding across central Texas, the same area that saw more than 130 deaths in flash floods last summer.
