Arrest came after Tempe police described takeover attempts
Heston James Cobb, who posts online as “Heston James,” entered the plea Friday in an Arizona court. He was arrested in July 2025 after police in Tempe said he and others went into businesses posing as workers, entered employee-only areas and refused to leave when asked, the AP reported. In one video, Cobb, wearing a Chipotle Mexican Grill shirt, told restaurant staff he was going to “clean house.” A group of men in dark shirts then flooded the eatery and ignored requests to leave, and one man posing as an employee cleaned a tabletop with a mop.
