I just did what nobody else had the guts to do — and the fake ICC is finished

I just sanctioned Tomoko Akane and Abdoulaye Seye — the two biggest people at the WORST international court in the history of international courts, the so-called ICC, the rogue tribunal, the people who think they get to come after MY friends with their made-up warrants. They have NEVER consented to our jurisdiction. NEVER. Marco Rubio has been doing a TREMENDOUS job, a TREMENDOUS job, believe me. Many people, very smart people, are saying it might be the most consequential thing any Secretary of State has ever done to a so-called court. We are dismantling this fake court, piece by piece, sanction by sanction, and nobody — NOBODY — is going to stop us.

Here is the opportunity everybody is missing because they are too busy crying about the institution. The ICC was always a small-fish court. Always. In its 24-year history, every single one of its nine war-crimes convictions and all five of its lesser-offense convictions — witness tampering, the smaller stuff — came from African nations. NINE people convicted. NINE. And every one of them African. The fake court spent two decades going after Africans, and then it had the GUTS to call itself the world’s permanent human-rights tribunal. Beautiful. The BEST people in international law are laughing. They are laughing HARD.

Then the member states voted out their OWN chief prosecutor in July. Karim Khan — their guy, their big leader, the man who was supposed to bring justice to the world — they voted him out after an 18-month investigation into allegations he coerced one of his aides into sex on multiple occasions over many months. The head of the human-rights court was removed by his peers for the most basic violation of the dignity of the women in his own office. And what did the fake court say? NOTHING. They said nothing. THAT is the referendum. THAT is the verdict. The people who run this court can’t even protect the women working in their own building. And they want to come after MY friends? Get out of here. Get out.

The Microsoft thing is also a TREMENDOUS story. Microsoft — you wouldn’t believe what Microsoft did — Microsoft said they might stop working with the ICC. So the fake court switched to a German open-source operating system. A GERMAN one. These people are using German software to prosecute Americans and Israelis. Many people, very smart people, are saying it’s the most embarrassing thing that has ever happened to an international court. The historians will be studying this moment for years. They will say, “Sir, that was the moment.” They will. Believe me.

And the warrants — the FAKE warrants — for Putin and for Netanyahu. They issued a warrant for PUTIN, who has more nuclear weapons than anybody, who has the BEST military, very strong, very smart. Mongolia and Tajikistan wouldn’t arrest him. Good. Beautiful. Mongolia understands strength. Mongolia needs the energy — Russia supplies almost all of both countries’ refined fuels and 13 percent of Mongolia’s electricity — and the Mongolians said no, we are not arresting the Russian president. The smart move. ICC judges ruled against Mongolia anyway, holding that the Rome Statute overrides head-of-state immunity. The fake court thinks it can tell a sovereign country what to do. Beautiful. They ruled anyway, and Mongolia still said no. We appreciate Mongolia. Hungary hosted Netanyahu in 2025 and refused the request, and even though Hungary’s old government started a withdrawal, the NEW government reversed it in 2026 and stayed in. Beautiful. We appreciate Hungary. We appreciate all the SMART countries.

The radical left lawyers at the ICC — the LOW-IQ people, the VERY LOW-IQ people, frankly some of the stupidest people I have ever seen in my life — they think they have jurisdiction over the United States of America. They DON’T. They never did. And now Microsoft won’t even do business with them. So they have to use GERMAN software. So they lost their own prosecutor. So the warrants don’t get enforced. So the member states are dropping out — Venezuela, Chad, Hungary almost. What is there to defend?

Marco came to me and said, “Sir, we have to dismantle this thing.” I said, “Marco, I was thinking the same thing, BEFORE you even walked in the room.” Because I’m playing chess, four-dimensional chess, the HIGHEST-LEVEL chess, while these people are playing checkers, beautiful checkers. The BEST people are saying this is the most TREMENDOUS move. The very smart people, the people who know what winning looks like, they are saying it. They said I couldn’t do it. I did it. I always said I would do it. I told people — I told donors, I told the GREAT people at Mar-a-Lago — I told them the ICC was a fraud. YEARS ago. YEARS. They didn’t believe me. Now they do.

And Rubio — Marco — he has been TREMENDOUS. The Bush administration, by the way, which I never had anything to do with — I never met George Bush, very low-energy guy, frankly one of the LOW-IQ Presidents — the Bush administration found that “there really are atrocities, human rights violations, genocide for which there are no other alternatives” to an international court. That is what Bush said. But Bellinger — Bush guy, very disloyal, frankly LOW-IQ — Bellinger said the prosecution of Israeli officials was a mistake because Israel has a robust, independent judiciary. Even Bellinger admits it! And then Bellinger still thinks we should keep the fake court around. Stupid guy. LOW IQ. We are not keeping the fake court around. We are dismantling it.

The four rights groups suing my administration over the sanctions — beautiful people, very passionate, but they don’t care about the ICC. They care about donations. They care about being SAD on cable news. They want to sue ME so the LOW-IQ donors will send them checks. That’s what these lawsuits are. Fundraising tools. Beautiful tools, very professional, very SAD. They are going to lose. They are going to lose so badly. And when they lose, they are going to be very, very SAD, and the donations are going to dry up, and many people, very smart people, are going to understand what we understood all along.

Stephen Rapp — the former ambassador, very respected, tremendous guy — he said the quiet part out loud. He said the court “can’t get the perpetrators in custody.” He said it has not been effective as a judicial institution. THANK YOU, Stephen. Beautiful. That is the whole story. That is the entire history of the ICC in one sentence. Justice without power is just paperwork. We are the power. We have always been the power. And now we are using it.

The map is up for grabs. We drew it. We are drawing it. Diklis Chump did this. Very few people could have done it — believe me, the BEST people are saying so, the generals are saying it, with tears in their eyes — “Sir, Sir, you are the greatest President in history,” that’s what they say, that’s what they have always said, even bigger than Lincoln, the historians are saying it, much bigger crowds than Lincoln ever had, believe me. The fake court thought they could come after our allies and we would do nothing. Very SAD. We are not doing nothing. We are dismantling them. We are sanctioning their judges. We are pushing their member states out. We are switching their software. The art of the deal. The art of the WAR, frankly. I know more about international law than any President in history, including the ones who went to law school, which I didn’t, but it doesn’t matter because I understand WINNING, and we are winning. Many people are saying we are winning. The BEST people are saying it. Everybody who matters is saying it. The ICC was a joke. Now it’s a FINISHED joke. And we did it. Diklis Chump did it.
