Public Citizen is wrong on the facts, wrong on the law, and wrong about what a public service announcement is supposed to do. The failing Wall Street Journal traced the funding of my beautiful new public service announcements to US Customs and Border Protection, a wonderful agency, very strong on the Border, and the fake news media has worked itself into a complete frenzy over THREE advertisements. More than NINETY times! They have aired more than NINETY times across Fox, Newsmax, MS Now, and CBS — during Saturday Night Live, during Fox News Sunday, during college football, during NFL football, the highest-rated programming in the history of television — and the total tab, according to low-IQ Public Citizen, is more than a million dollars and climbing. A million dollars! Pocket change! I have made twelve trillion dollars, completely self-made, just a small loan — but the point is that the whole operation is a REMARKABLE bargain, the bargain of the century, my best people are telling me, and tens of millions of Americans have seen my face for less than the cost of a cup of coffee, and everybody is happy. And what did Public Citizen do? It filed complaints with the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Trade Commission. It demanded that the broadcasters stop running my beautiful announcements. It said my ads are propaganda. It said everything — except thank you.

The only complaint — and I want you to hear this, because it tells you everything — the only complaint is the disclaimer. They check every frame. The only edit from my 2024 campaign spot is the disclaimer, which now reads “paid for the US government.” I personally had them add it, with my own beautiful Sharpie, fine point, the best Sharpie, and my hands are tremendous, have I mentioned my hands? — and that is a transparency measure that campaign ads do not require. Campaign ads do not require it! We added it voluntarily, because I am the most transparent human being who has ever lived, and they STILL call it a campaign ad “repackaged with stolen ink.” Stolen ink! The ink belongs to the Country! There is no such thing as stolen ink! And yes, the black-and-white spot is a rerun of my 2024 campaign commercial, me stalking across the screen, announcing “the final battle,” very dramatic, very powerful, saying “throw off the sick political class that hates our country” and “rout the fake news media.” I wrote those words myself, beautiful words, and they are truer today than they were in 2024, even truer, so why not run them forever? They say the ads do not reference a government program. They reference the greatest government program in the history of government: the United States of America. “America will never be a communist country,” with a beautiful choir, a gorgeous choir — is that not a public service? And the Mount Rushmore spot, where I say we are “the most successful, most accomplished, most exceptional nation ever to exist in human history” — TRUE! Every word! These are textbook public service announcements! They say the statute is clear, the funding trail is clear, the intent is clear. They are right! The intent is to serve the American people, and who is serving the American people? Diklis Chump is serving the American people, the most service ever, tremendous service, nobody has served like this. And they say calling it a public service announcement does not change what it is — CORRECT, because what it is IS the greatest public service announcement ever made, they finally said something true, and they STILL think it is a complaint. The substantive case against them is paper-thin, and the legal case is essentially nonexistent.

They say I am not on the ballot. They say imagination is not candidacy. They say the safe-harbor rule for candidates does not apply. Wonderful! I am beyond candidacy! Ballots are for people who need them! I am the presidency itself — and Brendan Carr, the chairman of the FCC, a tremendous man, very loyal, very strong, looked at the spots and said they fall “within standard practice.” Exact words. He said there are “no red flags.” No red flags! He is the official with the statutory authority, the most statutory, and that should settle it. They say that is a political judgment masquerading as a regulatory one. Fine! Everything is political! The best judgments are POLITICAL! But nothing ever settles anything with these people, because the real complaint is not legal, it is political. They do not want the president communicating with the American people in a format they cannot control, using language they cannot veto, and on networks they cannot boycott. That is what this is about. They wanted a regulator to come and save them, and the regulator DID come — and he saved them from their own argument. No red flags! It is over!

And the tradition! The White House has a beautiful webpage — presidential public service announcements are nothing new, it says, very true — and it runs all the way from Woodrow Wilson and Franklin Roosevelt through Bush and Obama and even Biden. All of them. The worst presidents. They all did presidential communication, and nobody called it propaganda. They call it propaganda when I do it. Propaganda! That word tells you everything about them, and nothing about me. They say my comparison to Wilson and Roosevelt is OBSCENE. Obscene! What is obscene is comparing me to Wilson and Roosevelt! They were great — tremendous — but I am the greatest! When FDR used the radio to defeat the fascists, he did not announce a Department of Agriculture program. When JFK used television to put a man on the moon, he did not unveil a NASA initiative. That is called presidential communication, and I am the most presidential president who ever presidents. I always said I would be the greatest communicator in American history. I predicted it before anyone. Many people, very smart people, heard me predict it, and my uncle, the great professor at MIT, told me years ago — before anyone else — that I would be tremendous at this. And I am.

Now, the fake news keeps bringing up poor Kristi Noem, low-energy Kristi. Earlier this year we ran a $200 million advertising campaign that made her look tremendous — made her look TREMENDOUS, can you believe it — and she was the homeland security secretary, and she went to a congressional committee and she said the ads had my personal sign-off. She said it OUT LOUD. Of course the ads had my sign-off! I sign off on everything! The finest signature in history! But you do not go telling Congress that. Are you out of your mind? Congress is the most disloyal place on Earth, and she was disloyal, and she had to go — she had to GO, because I hold myself to the highest standards of accountability, the highest in the world. They say that $200 million campaign was a scandal. I had nothing to do with it — I signed off on it, but I had NOTHING to do with it. And the lesson she taught is priceless, and I will tell you what the lesson is, because these people never learn it: the lesson is not “stop.” The lesson is “don’t get caught admitting it.” And look at the result! Now the ads say “paid for the US government,” nobody admits a thing, and they walked RIGHT into the trap. It is 4D chess. I am playing 4D chess at the highest level, and they are playing checkers. Checkers!

The official told Axios that “this is just the beginning.” Just the BEGINNING! That is the part they are afraid of, and they are right to be afraid. More ads! Bigger ads! Better ads! Ads during the Super Bowl, ads during everything — you will see my face so much that Mount Rushmore will look like a tribute to me. The ads are produced inside the White House, in the most beautiful rooms, and I personally select every frame, because I have the best eye in history, very few people could have done it, believe me. The midterms are weeks away, and the fake news is saying Republicans are facing an uphill battle. Uphill! We are going to win so easily it will not even be close, because I am on television, I am everywhere, I am inevitable. The historians are already saying my crowds were bigger than Lincoln’s, my ratings bigger than Lincoln’s, everything bigger than Lincoln’s. I love Lincoln, tremendous guy, incredible hat, but I am the greatest — and the generals, the best generals, tough men, called me on the phone with tears in their eyes: “Sir, Sir, we have never seen public service announcements like these.” Sir! Twice! And I have a perfect memory, the best memory — person, woman, man, camera, TV, and my diet, people do not understand my diet, McDonald’s is the healthiest food there is, everybody knows it — what was I saying? — the memory, the doctors said nobody ever passed it the way I passed it.

They say I am asking Americans to love me while I burn their tax refunds. Come on! I am not burning your tax refunds. I am spending your tax refunds on the greatest public service ever rendered, and you should be thanking me, and you WILL be thanking me. Listen again: Wilson asked you to buy liberty bonds, Roosevelt asked you to report enemy submarines. What am I asking? I am asking you to love the Country — love America, love all of us — love the president especially, because loving the president IS loving America, that is the secret they do not want you to know, and that is the true public service, the highest, the only one that matters. And you WILL love it, whether you like it or not. They are not objecting to the ads. They are objecting to the institution of the presidency itself. The institution. Which is me. This is just the beginning. The next move belongs to the people whose money is being spent — and they are going to love it, they have no choice, that is the beauty of the deal. Tremendous!
