Ohio, Oklahoma lost nearly one-third of enrollees, data shows

The data, posted in late June by the Trump administration and first reported by The Associated Press, provides the first complete 50-state breakdown of enrollment declines since the enhanced subsidies expired in January.

The figures show that around 2.6 million fewer Americans had ACA plans in February 2026 compared with the same time last year. Ohio and Oklahoma each lost nearly one-third of their ACA enrollees.
