Taquerias and shoppers adjust habits as beef prices climb

The report said both taco sellers and grocery shoppers have adjusted their consumption habits in response. Barbacoa, brisket, and carne asada — traditional taco fillings in Texas — have become pricier as the factors affecting beef supply persist.
