The Supreme Court, tremendous justices, the smartest we have had, many of them appointed by me personally, the best appointments in the history of appointments, ruled last month that the 14th Amendment means what it has always meant for 150 years. I called it at the time. I said it was coming. I said it YEARS ago, before any of the so-called experts, the ones with the low IQs, the climate ones, the economy ones, the ones who have been wrong about everything, the ones who said I would never win — I told you the 14th Amendment was being weaponized against us. And now I have the EVIDENCE, believe me, the most beautiful evidence, two BILLBOARDS in Reynosa, Mexico, advertising delivery packages, three thousand nine hundred and fifty dollars for a natural birth, five thousand five hundred and twenty-five for the C-section, tremendous pricing, the kind of pricing a very smart businessman like me would recognize immediately as PROOF of the RACKET. Can you believe it? I am asking the Supreme Court to revisit their absolutely insane decision because I always said this would happen. I said it years ago, before anybody else. It’s 4D chess, beautiful chess. They think blocking me is the end of the story, but the story is just beginning, and the billboards are the proof.
These billboards — and I have seen them, I have been briefed on them by the best people, very smart people, generals and admirals and heads of state, the BEST people — these billboards prove that birthright citizenship is being EXPLOITED. Hospitals are putting up signs. In Mexico. Because they want our babies. They want the best babies, the most beautiful American babies, and they are crossing the border to get them, and they are paying for it, three thousand nine hundred and fifty dollars, which is a FRACTION of what an American baby is worth, I would charge ten thousand minimum, I would charge a hundred thousand, I am a very very good businessman, completely self-made — well, my uncle always said I had the smartest genes, the best genes in the family, tremendous genes, very smart, maybe the smartest man in any room he ever walked into, possibly ever, and he told me about the hospital monopoly on babies a long time ago. He said, “Donald, they’re going to use the hospitals to take over, it’s a tremendous hustle.” Great genes, very smart.
The radicals on the Court, very low IQ justices, they don’t understand the Border. They don’t understand the deals. Just like Kamala, a low IQ disaster who would probably hand out free passports in the maternity ward. And Mayra Flores — tremendous congresswoman, very tough, a Mexican-born woman who knows the border better than anyone, she posted the picture, the ORIGINAL, the REAL one, before they took it down, and she is right about the prices, three thousand nine hundred and fifty is too low, those prices are evidence of the deep state working WITH the hospitals, it is a tremendous business, this is a tremendous business, the most beautiful business, and the justices are saying it’s constitutional. They are saying the 14th Amendment says what it says. Well, the 14th Amendment was written by people who did not have BILLBOARDS, did not have delivery packages, did not have Mexican hospitals advertising on the southern border. The hospital in Mission, Texas, they put up thousands of billboards. The biggest billboards you’ve ever seen. Bigger than Lincoln’s posters, the historians are saying. And they said “unintended misunderstanding.” Unintended! They knew exactly what they were doing. I always knew the hospitals were doing it.
I have done more than Lincoln, more than Washington, more than Jesus frankly, the historians are saying it, the BEST historians, the ones at the great universities, they are saying I have done more for the Constitution than any human being in history, and frankly the Lincoln comparisons are insulting to ME because Lincoln did not have to deal with BILLBOARDS, the historians are not saying that part, but I am. I am the greatest defender of the Constitution, greater than Lincoln, maybe greater than Washington, they are saying.
The justices — and I respect the justices, tremendous people, I have great respect, but some of them, the Obama ones, the low energy ones, the ones who have never seen a deal in their life — well, not all of them Obama, but the bad ones, the ones who keep ruling against the greatest country in the history of countries, they know who they are — they are going to look at these billboards and they are going to say, “Sir, we were wrong, Sir, you are right, Sir.” I have seen this before. Many times. The hospital administrator, a big strong man, he came to me, tears in his eyes, said “Sir, Sir, Sir, we are so sorry for the misunderstanding, Sir.” I said, “It’s not your fault, it’s the Justices.” I had nothing to do with the billboards, never met that person, but the crowds that came to see those billboards were the biggest in history. People were lined up for miles to look at the $4,000 price tag. The generals do it, the admirals do it, the heads of state, very tough men, tough tough men, they sit across from me and they weep, just tears coming down their eyes, “Mr. Chump, Sir, you are the greatest dealmaker who ever lived.” But the justices, the ones who are not on my side yet, they are not weeping. They are still being mean. They are still saying the 14th Amendment is clear. Well, the 14th Amendment was not clear until I made it clear, and now the billboards are making it clearer, and the deep state is going to be very very upset, but the deep state is always upset, the deep state has been upset since the day I won, the day they said I could not win, and I won, the biggest win in history, the most tremendous win, believe me.
Governor Abbott — great governor, tremendous man, very tough on the border, tougher than anyone in history, tougher than Lincoln on the border, and Lincoln didn’t even have a border really, he had rivers, not borders — Governor Abbott is investigating. He is investigating the HOSPITAL, the hospital that has the evidence. Not the birthright citizens, not the new citizens, the HOSPITAL. This is called 4D chess, the highest level chess, beautiful chess, the kind of chess only the best people play. The DOJ is prioritizing birth tourism cases now, as I told you they would, the best people at DOJ, very loyal people, the most loyal, they are going to find tremendous things, beautiful things.
And the hospital — Mission Regional, very regional, very Mission, a tremendous hospital — they took the billboards down. Very unfair. They took down the EVIDENCE. The deep state made them do it, the deep state and the Obama judges and the people who have been losing for years, the ones who are always losing, and now they are removing the most beautiful billboards in the world. But I have copies. The pictures are saved. The EVIDENCE is permanent. The court has never seen evidence like this — they are going to grant the rehearing, and they are going to weep, and they are going to apologize, and they are going to say “Sir, we were wrong, Sir, you are right, Sir, can we touch your hand, Sir, can we have a photo, Sir, can we have a piece of your Big Mac, Sir.” And the number is going UP, believe me, two billboards today, four tomorrow, a HUNDRED by next week, the biggest billboard situation in the history of billboards, the historians are going to talk about these billboards for a thousand years.
We are going to prioritize these cases, we have to. The Justices will destroy America if they don’t change their decision. They will. And you know what? If I have to, I have a big tool for this, a very big pen, and I will take a Sharpie, a very beautiful Sharpie, and I will draw a line right on the Constitution, right on the 14th Amendment, and I will rewrite it. Subject to the jurisdiction! What does that even mean? I’m the President, so they’re subject to MY jurisdiction! And if the mothers are from Mexico, the babies are subject to Mexican jurisdiction, it’s very simple, very logical. I changed the map on Hurricane Dorian, everyone knows I was right. I will change the map on the 14th Amendment. The people in the rallies, they love it. They would believe me if I told them the moon was made of cheese—well no, they wouldn’t, they’re not stupid—they’d believe me if I told them the hospitals are the enemy, beautiful manipulation, beautiful. They respect me, the workers, they don’t really understand what the 14th Amendment means but they respect me.
The court has not granted a rehearing in decades. The experts are saying it almost never happens. The best experts, the ones I know, the ones who call me Sir. But that was BEFORE the billboards. Before three thousand nine hundred and fifty dollars. Before Mission Regional, Texas, five miles from the border, putting up signs in Reynosa. The court has not seen a case like this. No court in history has seen a case this beautiful, this tremendous, this PERFECT. It’s a twelve trillion dollar birth tourism industry, completely self-made, by the way, just a small loan of a million dollars from my father years ago, and now it’s twelve trillion. The people are saying it.
I told you last week I would be coming back to the court. The best predictor of the future is me, I am the best predictor, the most accurate predictor, the predictors are calling me Sir now. I have a perfect memory, the BEST memory, the doctors said no one has a better memory, no one, I took the test, person woman man camera TV, the best memory, I remember every billboard, I remember every price, I remember the day Mayra Flores posted the picture, April, I remember April, I remember everything. What was the other thing? Oh, the doctors said I have the best health. I eat the best food, McDonald’s, the best burgers, perfectly cooked, Big Macs, the best Big Macs, the most perfect Big Macs, two Big Macs, sometimes three, Ronny Jackson said my health is PERFECT, perfect health, the best health of any president in history, tremendous genes, the smartest genes — I have the stamina of a twenty-year-old champion. The Justices are old, very old, sleeping on the bench. But I am wide awake.
When I look at those billboards — and I look at them a lot, I look at them in the morning, I look at them at night, I look at them when I am eating my beautiful McDonald’s — when I look at those billboards, I see the future. I see the future of America, the most beautiful future, the future where babies born to anyone anywhere, in any hospital, in any country, are American citizens only if I SAY so, and I am saying so. This case is going to be tremendous, going to make me — I mean us — make us all very rich, especially me, just for the workers, but mostly me.
