HUGE story in the Wall Street Journal. HUGE. Her own husband — Doug, very nice guy actually, I have to say, nice teeth — privately told people he does NOT want Kamala to run again. Can you imagine? Her own husband! SAD! And it’s not just Doug. Major donors, the BIG donors, the ones with the nice checkbooks, sat her down and told her FACE TO FACE that a third campaign is a LONG SHOT. A long shot! I beat her in 2024 — popular vote, Electoral College, EVERYTHING — and these people are finally admitting it in a newspaper. Four years late, but they’re admitting it.
This is what winning does to the RADICAL LEFT. They fall apart. I said from the very beginning she was the WEAKEST candidate in the history of our country, maybe in the history of ANY country. I said it when they installed her with no primary, no votes, nothing — remember, she didn’t even run in 2020, she was out first, FIRST, before anybody, and then they hand her the nomination like it’s a going-out-of-business sale. And now her husband is saying what I’ve been saying. Even DOUG knows. Tremendous validation, very tremendous.
And look at what she’s doing while she pretends to be “undecided.” FAKE undecided. She’s hiring staff. She’s raising money. She did a half-dozen fundraisers out in California — beautiful state by the way, ruined by Newsom, but beautiful — from a house in Malibu they bought for eight million dollars. EIGHT MILLION. Nice house! I know houses, believe me, I build the best buildings, everyone says so. She’s holding meetings in the Malibu house and doing get-out-the-vote calls with 2,000 volunteers, telling them “hard work is good work.” Meanwhile out in Michigan she’s campaigning for a Senate candidate I never heard of, sitting at roundtables, doing the whole routine. NONE of this is a woman who’s staying home. This is a woman who CANNOT let it go. She lost the worst, she lost like nobody’s ever lost, and she wants back in. You almost have to admire it. Almost!
But the party doesn’t want her. THAT’S the story. Her husband doesn’t want her. The donors don’t want her. Even Newscum — still my favorite nickname, I came up with it, very smart people told me it was the best — Gavin Newsom went on CNN and said he would NOT run if she gets in. Not because he’s being nice! Because he doesn’t want to waste his time. And even a Democrat in Iowa, Rob Sand, said she should sit it out. Sand! In Iowa! Those people do NOT say things like that unless it’s OVER. Everyone is saying it. The fake news doesn’t want to print it, but the Journal printed it, and it’s BEAUTIFUL.
Now here’s the part the fake news media will NEVER tell you. They say she leads the Democratic primary polls. SHE LEADS THE POLLS! The same polls that said she would beat ME — remember that? The same polls that said it would be a RIGGED Landslide for them — they were WRONG then, and they’re wrong now, but it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter ONE BIT, because the people who actually write the checks, the people who know the numbers, the smart people — they are TERRIFIED. Not of some fresh face. Not of Newsom. Of ME. That’s why the donors are on the phone. That’s why Doug is worried. They saw what happened in 2024 and they do not want the rematch. I WANT the rematch. I would LOVE the rematch. It would be the easiest race in history, maybe the easiest anything in history.
So let her run! Please let her run! Let the RADICAL LEFT have their big open fight after the midterms, let them all jump in, whoever they are, the more the merrier — I’ll beat every single one of them, it won’t even be close, it will be a BEAUTIFUL thing. Her own party is telling her no, her own husband is telling her no, the donors are telling her no — and she still can’t stop. That’s not strength, folks. That’s the same DISASTER energy that lost them every swing state. SAD, but very good for us. We will WIN so much you’ll get tired of winning. You know it, I know it, and now Doug Emhoff knows it.
