Peters agrees to $10,000 bail and surrenders his passport

At a brief arraignment on October 22, 2026, Peters appeared in Orleans district court in Orleans, Massachusetts. The 20-year-old social media personality, known as Clavicular, pleaded not guilty to charges that he raped a 17-year-old girl who visited his family’s home in Chatham on Cape Cod in May 2025.

The prosecution’s allegation was that Peters gave the girl alcohol until she was drunk and then sexually assaulted her. Peters has denied the allegations through his lawyers, who said the sexual encounter was consensual.

The woman told police that Peters had been paying her to appear in his looksmaxxing videos. She said that during her visit to a Peters family home, he gave her two or three shots of vodka and then livestreamed himself kissing her while she was drunk. She told police that when she woke the next morning, Peters was raping her.

Following the plea, Peters agreed to $10,000 bail and surrendered his passport. He also agreed not to contact the woman or post about her. Peters and his lawyers did not comment as he left the courthouse.

Peters arrived at the courthouse wearing a dark suit and walking a barking dog on a leash. He spoke only to the dog as he entered and ignored reporters’ questions. He maintained a neutral facial expression during the brief arraignment, according to The Guardian.

Peters is known as a looksmaxxing livestreamer. He has a million followers on Instagram. His hourslong livestreams focus on male appearance, featuring him rating people’s looks and discussing methods of becoming better looking, including surgery and drug use.

The Massachusetts case is the latest legal challenge for Peters. Earlier this year, he was charged with misdemeanor battery in Florida after police said he provoked a fight between two women and posted a video of it online. That charge was later dropped.

In a separate Florida case this year, Peters was sentenced to probation after he pleaded no contest to a charge that he fired a gun in public.

As MSI reported when a Cape Cod arraignment was scheduled, Peters faced rape and drugging charges; Thursday’s court appearance advanced the case to a not-guilty plea and bail agreement.
