Prosecutors on Monday presented a moment-by-moment account of the final hours of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, including her last text messages to singer D4vd, as the preliminary hearing to determine whether he will stand trial entered its fifth and likely final day. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo is expected to rule on whether David Anthony Burke, known professionally as D4vd, will face trial on charges of murder, sexual abuse of a child under 14 and mutilation of a body.
