Hamas has agreed to a U.S.-backed plan aimed at disarming the group and securing Israel's withdrawal from Gaza, The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday.
Hamas's negotiating team previously disputed the plan's scope, saying the group agreed only to relinquish heavy weapons and did not agree to Israeli involvement.
